Rob Eisenberg, creator of Durandal and many other awesome frameworks, had joined the Angular team at Google this past February. However, yesterday, he posted this on his blog, signaling his departure from Angular and return to Durandal. He wrote, "Several months ago the general direction of Angular 2.0 began to change in critical ways. I found myself fundamentally at odds with certain aspects of the proposed design."
While this is sad news for Angular, overall, I personally am happy to see the return of Eisenberg to Durandal.
What do you all think about the future of Angular? Have you ever used/are you familiar with Durandal?
